Every residential install starts with the base. We remove the existing surface, grade for drainage, compact an engineered aggregate base, then seam, nail and infill the turf so it stays flat and tight at the edges for the life of the lawn. Cheap installs fail at the base and the seams long before the turf itself wears out.
We install USA-made turf with a 15-year manufacturer warranty, and our crews carry up to 25 years of installation experience in this specific climate.

How long does a residential install take?
Most residential yards are completed in one to three days depending on square footage, access and whether hardscaping is included.
Does artificial grass get too hot to walk on?
Turf does heat up in direct sun like any hard surface. Cooling infill options and shade planning reduce surface temperature noticeably, and we walk through the options during your estimate.
How long will it last?
Our turf carries a 15-year manufacturer warranty. Installation quality is what determines whether you reach it — which is why we do not shortcut the base.
